DDP declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, always within its possibilities and the applicable technology, in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the Web Page and to avoid any presence of viruses or other harmful elements.

The relationship between DDP and the User shall be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Both DDP and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and agree to submit any controversy and/or litigation to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
